Macat is an education technology company. Their aim was to improve one of the most sought after skills in the global job market, Critical thinking. Macat’s experts compiled over 180 books that they felt people should know about, but we might never have time to read. Macat’s experts explained these books in a way that help you think smarter.
I worked as part of a small User experience and User interface design team. We developed the platform from the ground up. Working with a user research agency we designed and launched a successful MVP and MMP web app. The key page allowed the users to dip in and learn in 3 minutes or 10 minutes of content a day, or dive in for 3 hours and read the analysis and partake in a critical thinking exercises.

- Helped develop the branding & identity of Macat.
- Designed marketing material such as online adverts and blog post imagery.
- Overseeing front-end development .
Designing the navigation for mobile and tablet was a tricky task as the user not only could navigate and edit settings for their reading experience but also navigate the site.
